Introduction
These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Ahead of making any purchase you will be asked to tick a box on our Site which says “I Accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale”. In ticking that box, you will be accepting the terms set out here.
We are based in the UK and our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislation. Our digital documents can be downloaded worldwide.

It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.
Additional Terms for ‘ON IT’ Program
ON IT is a 12-month strategic growth program designed to support business owners in building momentum, creating clarity, and making meaningful progress. It’s a container intentionally structured to create long-term impact, which is why joining requires a full-year commitment.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
When you first join ON IT, you’ll have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you reflect and decide it’s not for you, you can request a full refund by emailing hello@alicebenham.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Full-Year Commitment
After the 14-day period has passed, your place in ON IT becomes a full 12-month commitment. You are agreeing to remain a paying member for the full duration of the program, regardless of whether you actively participate or not.
We’ve created ON IT to give you the space, structure and support you need over the course of a full year. This structure works because of the consistency and commitment from both sides, which is why, once the cooling-off period ends, no cancellations or early exits are permitted, regardless of circumstance.
3. Payment Options
You may choose to pay in full or via a monthly payment plan. Choosing a payment plan does not make this a subscription that can be cancelled, it is simply a way to spread the cost of your annual commitment.
4. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the format, schedule or content of ON IT if needed, but rest assured, any changes will always be made with the intention of maintaining or improving the quality and value of the program.
Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
We understand that paying in full isn't always possible, so we offer the option to pay via a payment plan on selected products and services. These terms apply where you choose to spread the cost of your purchase.
1. Payment Plan Structure
If a payment plan is available for your chosen product or service, you’ll see the details (including number of instalments and payment frequency) at checkout. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments in full and on time, according to the schedule provided.
2. Commitment to Full Payment
This is not a subscription that you can cancel. By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to the entire amount from the moment of purchase, even if you choose not to use the product or service, or fail to complete it.
3. Late or Missed Payments
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and that funds are available on each payment date. If a payment fails, we’ll automatically retry and will get in touch to resolve the issue. Continued failure to make payment may result in access to the product or service being suspended and further action being taken to recover the debt.
4. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, payment plans follow the same refund policy as full payments. If the product is non-refundable (such as digital downloads), this applies regardless of whether the item was paid in full or via a payment plan. Please check the product description and refund terms carefully before purchasing.
5. Legal Agreement
By selecting a payment plan, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to pay the full amount due. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Purchase Terms for Digital Downloads
We have worked hard to create digital products which are of a high standard and support our clients to solve a specific problem within their business growth.
If you buy from the strategy shop you are purchasing access to a digital asset, you will not receive a physical product. You will receive instant access once you have created your Podia account.
Refunds: As you receive this file instantly you will not be entitled to receive a refund so do check that you are purchasing the correct product or service to meet your needs. Your other statutory rights to a refund remain in place in the usual way.
Intellectual Property: Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for both our customised and non-customised products and services. This means that whilst you are free to use the download digitally or print out a copy for personal use you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our products with third parties.
Important Disclaimers: Please be aware that you are purchasing a digital product only. You will not receive a physical product and there will be no 1:1 or group training. Should you require further support get in touch and we can advise you of the options to work with us further, additional fees will apply.
Whilst a number of our clients have obtained great results from using our products, we cannot guarantee outcomes or results of any kind.
